What is the First Responder Discount?

In 2019, Spitzer CDJR honored Police Officers, Firefighters, Paramedics and other First Responders with $500 bonus cash toward the purchase or lease of select vehicles. Not only are we continuing to offer this special First Responder discount in 2020, but we’re also doubling it.

First Responders in the Homestead area and the state of Florida will receive up to $1,000 toward the purchase of select 2020 model year Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM vehicles.

The discount will be available at Spitzer CDJR Homestead from January 3, 2020, through January 4, 2021. The discount includes a $500 cash allowance from Fiat Chrysler and $500 in cash from your Spitzer CDJR dealership.

Who is Eligible to Receive the First Responder Discount?

The First Responder Discount from Spitzer CDJR Homestead is available to all First Responders who are an active member of First Responder Associations. Proof of active membership is required prior to purchase of a vehicle.

The list of eligible, active First Responder roles includes the following:

• Police Officer
• Sheriff and Sheriff’s Deputy
• Correctional Officer
• State Trooper
• Federal Law Enforcement Officer
• Career Firefighter
• Volunteer Firefighter
• EMT
• Paramedic

Present the following documentation to Spitzer CDJR to receive your First Responder Discount:

• A recent copy of your earnings statement (pay stub)
• Lifetime Membership certificate or Accountability Tag
• Death certificate for surviving spouses of a First Responder applying for the discount, and a letter from the organization’s department of human resources that verifies loss of life while employed
