I bring my Jeep here for service for all staff have been professional and do the job “right the first time.” Never had a problem with this dealer and it’s service department as well as their sales department when I bought my Jeep.

I had an excellent service at Spitzer. Service advisor Jose Cancanon quickly diagnosed the issue and provided fast and courteous service. I will visit this dealer again for service. While the dealership was busy with customers, I quickly found a place to wait and do some work on my own. People around me wore masks, maintained distance, and were friendly. The overall experience was very positive and I would say better than most dealers I have visited.
Service assistant Noah and his staff were very helpful and actually returned phone calls. Gave me an estimate before they started the repair (battery replacement) New team being formed and from my 8 years of using Spitzer, I see great progress and promise for the future. However, they still need to find a way to have "express oil changes"
