My engine light came on in my 23 Ram 3500 at 17500 miles I was in Georgia when engine light came on, had to drive back home to Homestead. Once home I went to Spitzer Dodge to see my service advisor George Pino. He scanned truck and let me know what needed to be done. I explained I needed truck in 3 days, he made no promises, only that he would do his best. Lo and behold my truck was repaired in the time frame needed and all was covered by warranty. Christian made sure that everything was checked that I explained to him on my issues. Unfortunately, my plan was not still under contract, but he assured me that the batteries definitely needed to be changed out plus they checked out my tire pressure issue. Everything seems to be working just fine. And as they said, Christian was very personable and helpful, and made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting area and if there was anything I needed show me where to find it.

Took my 2022 JL diesel Wrangler for the fuel pump recall. Spoke to the service advisor Bruno Caldas. He is very professional and courteous, gave me a timeframe for the repairs. Everything went as planned.

A little after 7 am I entered the service maintenance checkin area when I was met by Jorge. I told Jorge I was here for my first service on my Jeep Cherokee. Jorge is friendly and polite. After doing the computer paperwork Jorge said the service will take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours and that I could wait in the waiting room. I went next door to Dunkin. We have used Spitzer in Homestead for many of our service needs. We took our 2021 Dodge Durango to a different dealer for an oil change. Upon our return home a rather serious oil leak was observed. We did not feel comfortable driving the car with a leak that severe. We called Spitzer and spoke with Manny Rodriguez and he was able to take the vehicle in a couple of days later. I always service my Ram at Spitzer. They have been my Dealer for many years. I always service my Dodge vehicles with them. They are very professional and knowledgeable, A1 treatment. Jorge Pino was great, he took care of me and solved all my needs.
Bruno, my service advisor took care of all of my concerns with the vehicle. Stopped in several times to give me a progress report .had my vehicle washed came out and explained everything that was done to the vehicle. Couldn’t be more happy with Bruno at Spitzer.

Friendly service! You will need to plan at least 2hrs for an oil change on a Saturday but that’s pretty standard! Prices are reasonable as well.
