I have been a Spitzer guy for 50 years as I was born and raised in Columbus Ohio. My only problem and I have heard it from other Spitzer customers is that when we make an appointment for service you're usually too busy. I brought my Durango in for a 9:00 Thursday morning tune up and you didn't even look at it until Friday morning

They never have parts in stock, they don't greet customers, and they refuse to do oil change in Homestead, I hope they go out of business. This dealership is a disgrace to all Jeeps, and they hire a bunch of rookies that don't know what their doing. They have the audacity to charge $1,000 for a simple job that costs less.
My experience with the dealership was overall positive. The staff was professional and helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and explain the details clearly. The process was fairly smooth. In the end, I felt satisfied with the service.

My trade-in vehicle was given top dollar for the trade-in and all paperwork and documentation was expedited to assist in getting me out the door as fast as possible.

Accommodating, friendly and efficient I came in on a Saturday for my oil change, needed to replace two tires, they had them in stock and took care of that, had my out and on my way by the time I told them I had to leave.
Dealership can take time to get back to you while servicing your vehicle and they charge more than what seems is necessary. Suggest going elsewhere if you can.

They made sure to get our vehicle parts and take care of our problem correctly the first time.
I ordered a piece for them to replace a part. The part came in and they never notified me. I had to call and find out. Then it took them over 24 hours to replace the part. When I picked up the car it was dirty inside, the did not even clean the piece of glass they replaced, it was dirty and full of finger prints.
I like working with Cesar pretty straight foward information and helped me get my Ram excessively large rear view mirrors changed. The parts department was helpful as well in finding a match that would work.

This place has no clue what they are doing at all took my truck in for repair they started to work on it then after working on it they refused to do any more work to it after I started to question why things were not done right and had to have it towed and taken some were else to have it fixed and it was there for 3weeks acceptable

My Service Rep. Christian was great, his Manager on the other hand lent out my loaner vehicle to an employee. Put me in a rental car. I had to use My credit card for the rental, still haven't received my $50 deposit. I had an appointment 2 weeks prior to me dropping off my vehicle.

Recommend going with Cesar. Had many issues in truck and other dealers could not find anything and taxed me nasty on fees. With Cesar it was straight forward, zero bs and to the point. I drive from north miami to his shop - that’s the difference in care I received. Other reps at the place were polite as well but recommend Cesar if you own a Ram truck.
